We will live an adventure during our excursion in 4×4 jeeps, discovering at full speed what the Sahara offers us, we will visit the dunes and the nomads’ villages.

Because an incredible ride awaits us to reach the camp in the middle of the desert, where we stay, admire the sunset, have dinner and spend the whole night: dancing, singing at the campfire… a night you will never forget.

ITINERARY:
Day 1: DEPARTURE FROM THE CHOSEN CITY – ALGECIRAS – TANGER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ
Departure from the different cities at dawn.
Arrival at Algecericas, where we will take the ferry to Morocco. We will pass the border and the police control. We will continue our way to Fez, with a stop for lunch and a visit to Chefchaouen (the blue city). We will arrive in Fez at night, where our hotel is waiting for us, we will check in and have dinner.
Day 2: FEZ – BOSQUE DE AZROU* – MERZOUGA/ ERFOUD

The second day we discover the city of Fez, imperial city and religious and cultural centre of Morocco. We will visit the medina of Fez, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981. We will go into the narrow streets, where all kinds of goods are sold and you will be able to discover all the typical products of Morocco, such as leather, scarves in all kinds of colours, argan oil and all kinds of spices…
After our visit, we will stop at the modern part (Ville Nouvelle), for lunch.
Follow our adventure and we are on our way to our destination: the desert of Merzouga. On the way we will make several stops, in panoramic and nature sites. We will make a stop in the Azrou forest, known for its thousand-year-old cedars and for the monkeys that live there in freedom.

Day 3: MERZOUGA – 4×4 EXCURSION – CAMEL RIDE – NIGHT IN THE DESERT
The most awaited day arrives – day and night in the desert!
We will start the day with a breakfast at the hotel and take advantage of the morning for our excursion in 4×4 jeeps, where we will discover the most beautiful areas of the desert, make a panoramic stop with a view of the dunes, see a place where fossils of millions of years have been found, see how the nomads live and enjoy a spectacle of the Berbers. We will make several stops to take photos, walk around the dunes and observe all the beauty the desert has to offer. We highly recommend this extra excursion, which is a great addition to the trip.
After our excursion, we enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel, have lunch and prepare our backpack to spend the night in the “jaimas” (tents) of the desert. We will take our camels for a long ride (approx 1,5 hours) to reach our camp.
We will enjoy the sunset, the stars in the middle of the desert and the spectacle and fires in our camp.

Day 4: DAWN IN THE DESERT – MERZOUGA – IFRANE* – FEZ
We get up early to see one of the best sunrises in the world in the middle of the dunes. An unforgettable experience. After breakfast, we leave the desert and take the bus to Fez.
We will enjoy all that the south of Morocco has to offer: we will cross the Middle and High Atlas and make several panoramic stops, such as in an oasis full of palm trees and in Ifrane, a small town with an alpine appearance, called “the Switzerland of Morocco”. Lunch on the way.
In the evening we will arrive at our hotel in Fez, check in and have dinner.
Day 5: FEZ – TANGER – ALGECIRAS – ARRIVAL TO OUR CITIES
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Tetouan.
In Tanger there will be time to have lunch and visit the city, the modern part and part of the medina.
Return by ferry and arrival in our cities in the evening.
